Gestione dei cambiamenti climatici: un’indagine

Come tutte le colture permanenti, la vite è estremamente sensibile ai cambiamenti climatici in quanto rimane economicamente produttiva per periodo di circa 30 anni, durante i quali il clima può subire variazioni significative. La produttività, la qualità del vino, il terroir e la sostenibilità economica del settore dipendono in gran parte dalle condizioni atmosferiche che si manifestano durante la stagione di crescita e dall’utilizzo di pratiche e strategie di adattamento da parte dei viticoltori e dei decisori pubblici. In questo ambito, è stata condotta un’indagine per valutare il grado di percezione del cambiamento climatico e la capacità di adattamento delle aziende vitivinicole dell’Emilia-Romagna che producono Sangiovese. Allo scopo si è realizzato un questionario volto ad analizzare la percezione dei produttori, le pratiche e strategie di adattamento utilizzate e le conseguenze del cambiamento climatico sulla produzione in annate particolarmente sfavorevoli.
